We manage the development of medical education programs that are enjoyable, practical and informative. We work with subject matter experts to ensure the education content is up-to-date and relevant to practice. We seek CPD accreditation from governing bodies, which reflects the high-standard of content. Our aim is to facilitate the learning transference from theory to practice, with measurable education outcomes illustrating enhanced healthcare delivery.
We aim to strengthen the partnership between patients and their healthcare team. We focus on what’s important to patients, by providing practical tools and education to empower them to better understand their health condition and treatment options. Where appropriate, hyperLINK health can utilise the CareTeam platform, a secure bespoke software solution, to build the tools to engage, educate and empower patients, collate details to support enhanced health discussions and collect data to measure impact over time.
CareTeam has comprehensive ISO2700 compatible systems, processes and policies in place to manage risks related to the security of data owned or handled by hyperLINK health.
