The terms “hyperLINK health”, “we”, “us”, “hLh”, and “our” include hyperLINK health Pty Ltd and our affiliates. We use the terms “patient”, “healthcare professional”, “you”, and “your” to mean any person using our Service Platform/Website (the “Site”) or attending related events, including any organisation or person using the Site on an organisation’s behalf.

hyperLINK health is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected, respected, and recognises that we must maintain and use your personal information responsibly. We DO NOT rent, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the very limited circumstances outlined below.
